Today I'm delighted to let you know about two enhancements to our customer approval process.

1. There is now a new section on the dashboard to show you the Approval History of your client's application. This is now available for all Signature Free Products.

2. You can now share this short video to help guide customers smoothly through the application approval process. 

After you have sent your Signature Free Application for approval, in the sales section you will see a new option called "View Approval History".

Clicking this button will show you if any actions have taken place since you sent the email to your client. 

Below is an example of what the approval history looks like. 

You will be able to see when the approval was sent, when the client clicked the email link and when they have reviewed the application form. This Approval History will be available for you up until the client has clicked to "Approve Application".  

This new addition is especially helpful where a client has opened the email link but has not completed all the steps required to approve the application. 

This short video will show your client how easy it is to approve their Signature Free application in just a few clicks. 

This example looks at a PRSA, but the approval steps remain the same for all products.
