What should I do with recently completed declaration forms?
If you have declarations signed that you want to submit, please email the full application (Personal Declaration Form and Personal Information Form) to email@example.com for Group PRSAs or direct to your service team for Individual PRSAs and Personal Pensions.
Can I continue to use the regular application form (Personal Declaration and Personal Information forms)?
As you transition your business to Signature Free, we will continue to accept the older application forms (Personal Declaration and Personal Information Form) offline for each of the above products.
NOTE: If you chose to continue to use the older application, you will need to email fully completed application forms to us for manual input.
