We're delighted to announce the upgrade of our Online Personal Pension and PRSA application journeys to Signature Free.

From Today, you will no longer need to upload a customer declaration and instead, can simply submit both SP and RP policies online using our Signature Free process.

You can submit the following products completely Signature Free: 

Personal Pension (both RP & SP)

PRSA - Standard/ Advice/ AVCs/ Employer Contribution/ Salary Deducted 

In fact, the only PRSA applications which must be sent to us for input are SP Salary Deducted/Employer Contribution PRSAs (without a regular premium attaching) or where the employer does not remit contributions by Direct Debit.

Most of you will already be well used to using our Signature Free technology. If you have not yet started using Signature Free or simply don't know where to start, join us on 18 May to find out how.

As you know, capturing your clients data before you begin the online application is essential. How you collect the relevant details is up to you, but we've put together a simple data capture form that you can use. Note - this does not need to be uploaded/sent to Zurich.

We've updated the cover note on the front of our application forms to reflect the move to Signature Free. 

If you have declarations signed that you want to submit, please email the full application (Personal Declaration Form and Personal Information Form) to prsasupportteam@zurich.com for Group PRSAs or direct to your service team for Individual PRSAs and Personal Pensions.

As you transition your business to Signature Free, we will continue to accept the older application forms (Personal Declaration and Personal Information Form) offline for each of the above products.

NOTE: If you chose to continue to use the older application, you will need to email fully completed application forms to us for manual input.
