We contacted you recently to let you know about the launch of our new online direct debit contribution update service – we are pleased to advise that our online pre renewal service will now also be available for your scheme. As an August renewal you will receive your first notification email next week. Both services are available on our Employer and Advisor DC Portal which is accessed through the Secure Login section of zurich.ie
Online pre-renewal – Improving speed and accuracy
The new online pre-renewal process will allow both Employers and Advisors to update member information directly via our DC Portal in advance of a scheme annual renewal date.
This new automated process has been built on the feedback from Trustees, Employers and Advisors and will be accessible through our redesigned DC Portal.
Accurate member information is essential for administering schemes and the new digital journey will provide scheme contacts with a more efficient and straightforward way of ensuring we hold the most up to date member records. As well as being able to submit the annual pre-renewal information online, you will also be able to use this new service to update member information throughout the year.
This new online enhancement will offer the following features;
Ability to submit scheme Pre-Renewal data online
Email notifications throughout the renewal period including reminder and confirmation emails
Member updates including salary, address, marital status and leaver status
A bulk upload feature to allow for quick salary updates
A history page for information on all previous changes
Ad hoc online member updates throughout the year
New look customer centric DC Portal interface
How the new process works
Notifications emails will now be issued automatically to the scheme contacts 8 weeks prior to the renewal date, the first notification will invite the member data to be reviewed via the DC Portal. The pre renewal window will remain open for a period of 14 weeks with two reminder emails issued during that period. Once completed a confirmation email will be issued to the scheme contacts confirming the pre renewal process has been completed. The pre renewal process can be completed by either employer or advisor contact however all associated contacts on the scheme will be kept up to date on the progress.
