Zurich wins Prestigious Award for DC Proposition

Over the past three years, we have invested time and money into developing our defined contribution pension proposition, with a focus on bringing clarity to employers and their employees.
By focusing on customers’ needs, the Corporate Life and Pensions team in Ireland introduced a number of systems and service improvements for our corporate customers: - Zurich Connect, an employee retirement portal with helpful videos, a library of relevant documentation, interactive tools and calculators;
Annual Benefit Statements that are colourful, clear and easy to understand; An online employee dashboard which clearly shows detailed information for scheme members; Workplace support delivered through experienced customer relationship managers; and Personalised GuidePath - an engaging investment strategy enabling employees to personalise their strategy to suit their needs.
When it comes to innovative investment solutions, we believe that our Personalised GuidePath Investment Strategy is market leading, as the first investment strategy in the Irish market that allows pension scheme members to personalise their strategy in three ways.
Recently, we were delighted to have GuidePath recognised as a new market leading approach to DC default strategy by winning the prestigious LongBoat Analytics Award which awarded the GuidePath Investment Strategy as the Best Innovation by a Life Assurance Company. The award recognised companies that have demonstrated innovation which meets an identified business, market, or other economic need.
